- Twelve hours of coaching that will continue for approximately five months of one-on-one coaching with coach.
- Coaching outcomes and agreements will be formed to ensure that your needs and wants are met. Target specific competencies and success metrics.
- Interim coaching and access to coach between each session as appropriate via e-mail and telephone.
- Unlimited resource sharing, email and text support.
- StrengthsFinders and DiSC profile will be debriefed.
- Includes a discovery interview. 360-leadership feedback assessment optional.
